early termination fee

I just found out I was duped into a termination fee terms of service in 2025 when requesting a price adjustment and then in 2026 coerced into staying with Xfinity because of the $230 price tag to drop them. Especially diabolical after dealing with a chat agent that terminated my service out of petty spite. Spent hours being lied to, gas lit, offered multiple prices for identical service plans and double the price or more for the same service offered to new customers.  WOW
