Early termination fee

I canceled service due to bad customer service. I was sent and charged for equipment I didn't ask for. Had to call every momth attempting to fix it would be told it was fixed then the next month the bill would still be the same. After canceling i was charged early termination fee despite all the troubles I was having I brought these concerns up to customer service again trying to get the charges removed they closed the request and threatened it to go to collections
