Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@SarthP67 Thank you for stoping in with your questions about ETFs, it would depend on your agreement. For residential services if you have a contract agreement not all promotions have a contract the easy way to look at the early termination fee would be $10.00 per month left on the agreement. You can check your customer agreement online in your Xfinity account. Log in to your Xfinity account.

Click on the Account (person) icon in the top right.
Select Account and Identity.
Scroll down to LEGAL AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS and select Legal agreements.
You'll see a list of your legal documents.

This will help you determine how long you have on your agreement and if there is an ETF.

Theres nothing in the legal documents that discusses an early termination fee.  Only the right to terminate auto-payment authorization at any time.
