Early Termination Fee

Hello,

I have been a long time Xfinity customer (20+ years).  I moved to a location where Xfinity does not provide service.  I am disappointed that I am charged an early termination fee.  I have been a dedicated Xfinity customer and have recommended Xfinity to many people over the years.

Is Xfinity able to wave my early termination fee?  Again I have been a long time customer but moved to a location where Xfinity does not service otherwise I would have stayed with Xfinity.  I can provide address for Xfinity to confirm Xfinity does not service my area.

Any help with this would be great.

Hi Juriaan,

It's easy answer... Because it's easy money for the company! And they don't care how long you pay!

I'm in the same situation and I need to talk with Indies unclear communication and worthy customer service I ever had... 

I saw in the last 2 years get some questions about this ETF but AGAIN robot or chat bot say the same thing... When you sign the contract you don't know you need to move out from the address, but if you move to a new place and XFINITY doesn't serveable there but you don't want to terminate your contract just give service for you pay ... Why we breake the contract? It's not our fault they don't serve on the new address... Understand we don't want to terminate but XFINITY can't provide us the service we pay!
