DVR Service add on - Does anyone at this company know what they are doing?
I see I can only record 1 show at a time.
I call Xfinity to ask to record 6 at a time.
Lady tells me she will turn it in a hour.
Never gets turned on.
I chat again, guy says I need new hardware.
Ships out a Xi6 box, which I already have and is not a DVR.
Wrong box.
I chat again, guy says it is wrong box, he will ship right one.
Guess what just showed up, another Xi6
What box do I need and how do I get this company to do the right thing?

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
