DVR Box unresponsive

Before the recent power outage, our DVR TV Box became unresponsive. On the front panel is looks to display "boot" but nothing happens. Have tried unplugging, waiting, plugging back in but no change. Could it be we need a new DVR box?

Possibly it could also be the signal to the dvr isn’t allowing the dvr to boot all the way up. Test it at another known live cable outlet if you can

I can only imagine how frustrating this has been not only to go through a power outage but then once everything is back on, not be able to view all of your programming. I would love to assist you.
