Duplicate return requests

Hi,

I just cancelled my service over the phone and want to return my equipment. However, somehow I accidentally managed to create two return requests for the same equipment. What do I do?

They are both UPS return requests.

You can use one of them, and when we get it back we'l match it with the serial number. Are there any other questions or concerns I may answer for you today?
