Duplicate payments wrongly received by Xfinity for many years? Where to email details?
Hello,
Duplicate payments wrongly charged and received by Xfinity for many years for two duplicate accounts of mine for same street address? Issue reported to customer support 3+ months back and no closure yet. I have provided all transaction and tracking statements and documents. Xfinity team closes tickets without giving any explanations or reasons for closure. Where and how to email details to Comcast Xfinity accounting and finance department?

You can always reach out to the https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form page and submit a request there. We can also look into any billing issue from here if you can send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.
