Duplicate new line charge

Hi, since the eSIM card feature is not available on my iPhone 11, I don’t need it anymore, and I’ve already activated the physical card [Edited: "Personal Information"]. There’s still a reminder to activate it though. Pls. refund the new line charge $25 for the eSIM card and cancel the reminder.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
