Duplicate accounts

I can log into Xfinity with two different accounts and I believe it is causing issues using the app on my phone. When I login and attempt to navigate to Accounts, I get an error. Can you please help?

I definitely want to make sure you're able to take advantage of the Xfinity app with all its great features for account management, so I appreciate you dropping by to let us know about the issues you're experiencing with it. If you have the same login for two different accounts, that is okay as old addresses on the same sign-in will always appear for record keeping purposes in the app 👍

Can you tell me what error you're running into specifically after trying to sign in?
