Duplicate Account

Hello, 

I was trying to make a change to my plan and instead opened new account .

 I messaged with a representative in the chat and he told me that by opening the new account I closed the old account. 

I want to keep the new account plan and equipment I ordered. I also want to make sure I don’t have 2 accounts with 2 bills.  I received an email stating my new account was linked and the app is now showing 2 accounts. 

I also wanted to know when the old account would be disconnected if it is closed. I don’t want to loose service before the new equipment arrives to set up

the new account .
