Dump Paramount+

Not forever, just until they fix their app.

I've tried deleting Local Data. I've tried restarting my cable box. Every time I try to watch a show or a movie, Paramount+ starts, progress wheel, starts, progress wheel or Play button, then says "Something happened" and crashes. 

It's the slowest app to navigate. It doesn't actually deliver content reliably. And they'll never fix it as long as they're getting paid. So dump them, stop paying them, and "strongly encourage" them to fix the darn thing.

RRedman64 - Thank you for your feedback and for joining us here on the Xfinity Forums. It's important to us that you're able to enjoy your shows and we appricate the oppurnity to help troubleshoot. I'd like to ask a few questions to gain a better understanding and work together towards a fix. To start, is it just your one cable box that has this happneing, or are other devices impacted too? Where is you modem located in relattion to your tv box?

Hello, and thank you. We only have one cable box, and that has a cable plugged into it. So far, our solution has been to cancel Paramount+ and stream from CBS. We have to watch commercials, but it's a much smoother experience and comes with Xfinity.

Couldn't say. We're old, so we don't squint at little screens when we watch TV - and we only have the one TV.
