Dummy post to enable direct messaging

I've been told to access https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging in order to message support w/ an account issue, but apparently that is impossible without first making a public post . . . so this is it.

Thank you, sorry about the unsolicited DM - I saw the direction to access direct messaging elsewhere on the forums, and didn't realize that instruction was post/user specific.
