I been with xfinity for 4 years and I can’t even get into contact with an actual person . What [Edited: "Language"] is this. THE WORST DECISION YOU GUYS MADE. It can’t answer actual stuff more than what’s available on the app and you thought it was a bright idea to have. I called and it only wants me to talk to the [Edited: "Language"] AI. I will look for internet else where.
