Dual Account Issues

I am having trouble with my account. I recently got a new wifi account set up with an email that I had not realized been a secondary user for a wifi account in which I was not the primary user. Now I am unable to log onto my new account as the primary user because the email address is the same, and I cannot add a card for payment nor check on the status of my wifi. I need to have these separated out but I am unable to do anything because I am stuck in secondary user mode.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
