Drunk technician

On February 6 around that date of 2025 I moved into my condo I had a drunk technician install my cable and my Wi-Fi thank God my husband was home at the time he smelt of alcohol so bad you couldn’t even understand him we just wanted him to put the cable in and get him out I have made several attempts to call I have made several attempts to email to get a response out of somebody as of this date my cable is not working properly with my wireless box in my living room that he installed that now I’m having a tech come back out to my house this Sunday while my husband‘s home to repair it I think it is unprofessional and disgusting how you allow people to go into other people’s homes while they are drinking he reeked like alcohol so bad my husband did not even want me in the home while he was there I would like a response back
