Dropping internet without notice

Two days in a row, your company keeps dropping internet service without warning or notification. If I could ditch you for ATT or some more reliable ISP, I'd do it in a heartbeat. You handle a critical service with the utmost ignorance as far as when you'll have an outage, leaving working people without access to essential work functions. People work jobs online if you didn't know. Not the first time you do that, hence one could conclude your company is run by people of questionable consideration for their customers.

Could it also be a class action potential case around why only xfinity is consuming the pipeline capacity to enter this forsaken village of Wicklund, Mountain House CA 95391 - check it out and let me know why only xfinity has established access to address [Edited: "Personal Information"].
