Dropping ABC

It stands to reason that if Xfinitu is no longer paying Scripps that they now have a net surplus of funds. All of this stuff about bringing us exemplary entertainment yet not addressing the customer’s questions is dodging the issue. We have a right to expect receiving the major networks. Either bring back ABC or lower our bills.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good morning @user_h80utt. Thanks for reaching out about the loss of channels owned by E. W. Scripps. This programming is currently unavailable as Comcast’s agreement with the network has expired. Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made that they haven’t accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.
