Drop cable - expedite help?

Long story short - we bought a new house, apparently the builder replaced siding and when he did, cut the aerial Xfinity cable line into the house (all prior to our purchase). 

Had Xfinity come out, but now there’s a tree in the way- Xfinity techs wont install aerial for safety reasons (understandable). 

They put in a drop line request. Or at least I’m told… I can’t get any info on scheduling people to come out. Xfinity reps tell me “it’s a third party” over and over. When I talk to a live person they say “don’t worry rest assured it’ll be installed by…” and then I get random dates. Sunday. The 22nd. Someone even said tomorrow (no one came fwiw). 

any way to get this expedited? I’m in theChicago area. This isn’t just burying cables for aesthetics. I don’t have internet and work from home, I need help!

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
