Drop bury line terminates on neighbors property
We had our line severed about 6 months ago and Xfinity has only now gotten to doing the permanent line, but it has to cross our alley behind the house.
the construction contractor buried a chase for the line across the alley but terminated it in our neighbors yard. Neighbors are understandably pissed as it is sticking up in the middle of their parking area.
We have called several times to no avail, and today another team showed back up expecting to run the line as is and my neighbor told them they were trespassing and needed to leave.
Unsure what happens now - customer service seems to be of no help here so far.
