DPP question

I am new customer and would like to buy a phone to get my mobile line activated but I would like to use the payment plan. Is there any way I can apply for the dpp feature

The Device Payment Plan (DPP) is available based on a credit check (soft-inquiry check) and can be revisited in the future with basis on payment history as well.
