Downtime

Hello my name is 

I have the xfinity app, I have created a user profile for my daughter, I assigned her devices to her username , and set downtime for her profile, however her devices never experience downtime from our wifi signal, that is to say it is still active on every device in the house including hers 24 hours a day 7 days a week
