Downtime

I have the app , and have created a profile for my daughter, with her phone, TV, and laptop included. I have downtime set for the evening, yet it never interrupts her services. 

When I experiment with other devices it does nothing as well.

after logging into the gateway and getting to the parental controls tab I am directed to use the app, as stated earlier I have the app , I have created a profile , added devices and set downtimes, but the devices never have their wifi effected when downtime occurs
