Download speeds too low
I have 2 gig service but my download speeds on my ethernet connected desktop are only 95-100Mbps. Using my iphone 14 and the 5ghz wifi, I can get 386 Mbps download speeds. Neither of these are close to the 2 gigs I'm buying. What could be happening?

Hello @3922roslyn, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your speed. Are you hardwired to our gateway, or are you connected to your personal router? Have you tried unplugging the modem, waiting 20 seconds, then plugging it back in?
