So, spent over 2 hours on chat getting bounced around until the lovely Solani came on and helped.  End the chat.  The download transcript button appears.  i press it. nothing. nada. niente.

Excuse me Xfinity.  If, as you say, these are not provided as the are confidential, you need to have your customers agree to that.  You can't claim confidentialy or IP rights over the conversations that we have.  

BTW folks.  Do a Select All, right click and print it to a pdf.
