Downgrading to Internet-Only / Promo Request

Hello,

I'd like to do three things - the app or the website isn't allowing me to self service this.

1. Remove TV service from my current package - we never use it, and the set top box has just been collecting dust (and costing $$) for years. Please help us remove this. I plan to return it this week.

2. Upgrade to one of the new data plans with the 5 year price lock. Preferably I'd like the 1 gig plan advertised at $50/month with price lock for 5 years (https://www.xfinity.com/digital/offers/plan-builder). I own my own modem/router so don't need xfinity hardware.

3. We had our first ever data overage this month. I didn't realize that was a thing since all the new plans were advertised as unlimited, I assumed that applied to the existing ones. Can you confirm that this article is accurate and that the overage fee will be waived as this is the first time it has happened? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-exceed-usage

The online and app experience is very unintuitve and strange. Please assist with the above. Thanks!
