Downgraded plan as current plan w/promo expires on Saturday

Question

So i just downgraded my plan(new plan is lower speed) as the promo for my current plan ends on Saturday. However, as soon as i switched plans, the speed was downgraded right away. I thought i still had my current plan till Saturday before the new downgraded plan went into effect. I basically, got cheated out of two days.

alexddd I can certainly understand feeling cheated if something took effect before you were wanting. Did you place the order online or with an agent either over the phone or digitally like through here or our chat team on the website? Online orders normally take effect right away, but agents can delay a change for up to 3 weeks when asked.
