Downgrade to internet only!

I need to downgrade to internet only! There are NO options on line and can NOT get a CS Person on the phone. I have a bundle (TV, phone & internet). 

Please Help!!

To send a "Peer to peer" message:

you need to return cable boxes back to UPS store or xfinity store and you can visit local store and with verbal approval at store downgrade to only internet
