Downgrade service-help needed

Dear Comcast,
I would like to downgrade my current service to a internet only plan.
I attempted to use the "Change my Plan" section on the website but had issues.
I have called the support number but never got in contact with an agent after being on hold for more than 30 minutes.

 

Please advise.
