Downgrade question

I’d like to downgrade to internet only since the monthly bill has gotten far too expensive.

I’ve tried the automated system but it keeps throwing me out.  Can someone help me with that ?

Hello, @vfarnsworth how are you? I hope you're having a good weekend! Have you tried logging into www.Xfinity.com? Once you sign in you can make changes to your subscription from "Change Plan." We make this online option available to provide a streamlined experience. Let us know if you see any internet-only options that work well for you.

I’ve tried that, it doesn’t work.  It gives me the option to add more services but not less.  I just want internet but not tv anymore.  I’ve seen deals on internet only services on your website but not a way to switch to that with my preexisting account.
