Downgrade plan

​I have been try to downgrade my plan for the past year. All your online thing tells me I can't I can only add stuff to my plan. What happened to the day's when we would  put a plan change in, get a call from Xfinity and they do it. Now they tell you to drive 6hrs to  a store and sit with a person for 3hrs trying to sell you what you don't want and don't give you what you want, saying they did.​

​If I can't downgrade my plan I would like to put in to have it canceled then.​

​I like how you say you increased my speed.  Cause with a 2.5gig connection I still barely get 500mb and about to finish upgrading my house to 10gig.​

​I'll start of by saying if you tell me your modems better does it have direct copper connection?​

​I know from the way I'm talking I should have you business class stuff then. But if Xfinity hasn't realized that business class equipment is coming to the home user and speeds, then there falling behind there competitors.​

​Cause there is 2 fiber lines that run through my town but no one is  on it cause you won't tap in to them. [Edited: "Inflammatory"], my county has 90% coverage and it only has 48% and now the Government got to come in and finish it off. Maybe they will offer something better then Xfinity.​

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
