Downgrade plan
I would like to downgrade my plan because my contract ended in December and my bill increased by more than $30! I really cannot afford paying over $215 per month and unfortunately, don't see promotions for existing customers. I have been a Comcast customer for nearly 30 years and and am trying to wrap my head around the reasons why long time customers are not offered better promos. I need internet, but will have to cancel the TV portion due to my budget.
