Downgrade internet
Hi, I am currently 400 Mbps. They upgraded it while back. I would like to downgrade to 200 mbps since I live alone now and don't need that much plus the monthly bill is making it hard for me to meet my living expenses. I am not currently in a contract I believe. It ran out some months ago. I was looking at existing customers plans and saw one for 200 mbps. I already have paperless. I tried to request it in Xfinity chat but it turns out to be Xfinity Assistant, an AI that kept going into a loop. There wasn't a downgrade internet option. When I did type that, they think I'm cancelling Xfinity.
Thanks in advance.

Really disappointing. Getting 200 mbps is actually more than what I'm paying now.
