Downgrade Internet Service Plan

Hi, I am a new Xfinity customer with the Internet Plan only. I would like to downgrade my internet plan. Although there's a "Change my Plan" link in my account, it doesn't allow me to do anything and I can't get in touch with a customer represent to help with this. Please advise. Thanks.
