Downed/Low wire

I have a down/low wire in my backyard. I tried reporting through the app but I wouldn’t let me. Who should I contact?

Hello, @user_t10moq thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and bringing the line concern to our attention. I haven't seen the option to report a line concern through the Xfinity App, for the self-service option that is done here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue 

Working with customers who have submitted the requests here have a ticket opened up to get a technician scheduled to address the line. I also have the option to open that same ticket, so would be happy to help get that started. Please let me know which option works best for you.
