downed wires

Comcast wires from the alley to the house are damaged and hanging at neck level.  I cannot get in touch with anyone via chat or automated service to work on it.

I can help with this and get us going in the right direction. First, I want to make sure we're on the same page. Is your service currently being impacted by line at all?

I am not a customer, so it is not a service issue. The previous owner of my home was a customer.

I thought they were electric wires, but we had a power technician out and they said it was comcast wires dangling and dragging across the power wires and through the alley.
