Downed wire

Could you please add a more direct way to report downed Xfinity service wires to your customer support system?  I have a downed Comcast fiber optic cable laying on the ground.  My service is not interrupted and the wire is not broken.  It has simply pulled free from the pole and fallen to the ground.  There was adequate excess cable coiled at the pole to prevent it from breaking but it is a safety hazard to my family and needs to be repaired. Can I get someone out here to repair the wire?
