downed wire
downed neighbors wire blocking my driveway for 2 days. I have tried to connect to a human with no avail and sent in "report an issue" ticket saying they would email back, but haven't heard anything (so has the neighbor).I can't use my driveway and it seems like there is a severely flawed system here - especially when it comes to live wires blocking traffic. this is the worst service and super antiquated. wires that are very low to begin with and no one to speak to.
