@user_68247d Thank you for those additional details and that picture. I would be more than happy to assist you in getting that line repaired or replaced, no problem at. To get started, please send us a direct message following the steps below:

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@user_68247d Hello and good morning, and thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry to hear about that cable line that is weighed down, and I would be more than happy to help! Just to confirm, is the line hanging down low or close to the ground and creating a hazard, and needs to be raised or replaced? -Christopher

It is approximately 5-ft off the ground passing over a paved path in the backyard.
