Hey there! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'd be happy to help with getting this line issue addressed. Just to be clear, the line was hanging, and now is knocked into your yard? Are your services still working?
@XfinityKorie Yes the cable line that is running to the house from the power pole is hanging about 2 feet off of the ground. Service is working
