Downed Wire for 3 Weeks

How do we get a repair team out to rehang the cable that services our street? It's been down for nearly three weeks and cars are driving over the wire, which seems at risk to service but also a potential liability issue.

Hello, @user_6aq513 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and creating a post. You've contacted the right place for support, and I can help with the downed line addressed. If you're a customer, we do have this great site you can visit and report a downed line if you don't have time to reach out to us here in the future: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue

Since I will need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
