Downed tree limb on line

I have a downed tree limb on our line from storms that went through almost a week ago. I have opened two support tickets and they were both closed within a couple of days with no resolution or contact. The line is sagging across our fence with a giant tree limb hanging from it. I cannot get in contact with a human being at Xfinity. Is there a phone number that I can call or someway to contact a person?

@user_yt06il

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do hope your family is safe during the recent weather events you guys had in your area. Generally if the tree or tree limb is still on the down cable line you would need to have that tree/ tree limb removed before we could get a technician out to raise the line back up.  I'll be happy to look at the support tickets you already filed to see where the delay is.  Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and your complete services address

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

OK, just so that I understand we are responsible to remove the giant tree limb from your line? So if there’s any damage to your line while we’re removing that tree limb, that will also be our responsibility? The sagging of the line will be resolved once the tree limb is removed. This tree limb is wrapped around the line.
