Downed telecom cable lines
More than two weeks ago (03JUL24), I reported that the telecom wires from the utility pole to my building came down in a storm. This is both a hazardous condition as well as a failure of connectivity. I have received no updates from Comcast about if/when this will be repaired. I haven't been able to reach anyone in customer service. The Xfinity Assistant chatbot is completely useless. Is there a way I can talk to a person to follow up on this issue?
