DOWNED RG-6 and RG-11 drop cables

These downed drop cables have been laying in disarray twisted mess for over a year 1 foot of roadway with poor visibility at night. Cars drive buy, kids walk by daily. Tried for 20 minutes on main Comcast cust service page and Comcast headquarters service page with NO link to report downed lines other than a "chat robot" automatically entering my address for downed lines. Comcast you really need to have respect for the public's safety and have an easily accessible link and/or phone number to report such a safety issue!!!
