Downed major WiFi trunk line

I have an Xfinity WiFi outage and have reported this numerous times with multiple tickets created, all have been closed without any repairs occurring.

I have an Xfinity trunk line, between two utility poles, down in my yard since 7/27. (2 weeks). I’ve made several calls to report and have escalated to managers multiple times.

Xfinity sends a single technician who states the repair is too large for them. No one escalates and the ticket is closed stating service is restored.

The job needs major maintenance to restore service not a single technician with a ladder. I have explained this on every call with Xfinity and their managers. Every two days the process starts again.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
