Downed lines

I have three downed lines and I’m pretty sure 2/3 of them are xfinity’s or AT&Ts and are not in use anymore. I’d like to get them removed.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about the downed lines, @user_steele. We'd be happy to look into this for you. If you're certain the lines belong to us, we can send a tech out to remove them, but there would be a $100 fee charged, and it would be non-refundable. Let me know if you'd like to move forward with the appointment.

I’m not certain as these lines were already there when I purchased the property. I have photos of the boxes that are running to if that is of any help. Do you guys remount the lines to the siding free of charge or is there a fee for that as well?

@user_steele There's a tech fee involved to assess what's needed, and the repairs are done according to the tech's recommendation. That could mean a referral to the construction team with the appropriate equipment to get the work completed.

If you have doubts, you can connect with your electric provider to come out and check. They usually own the poles, and they would be able to inform you who the cables belong to.
