Downed lines
I have downed lines outside my house.
I called xfinity support and they said it would be fixed Thursday.
Then they said it would be fixed on Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. Nobody has showed up. I suspect nobody will show up.
The wires are blocking the sidewalk and are in the middle of the road.
Getting in touch with a human being is so difficult with the automated system. I just need xfinity to do their jobs and repair the downed lines.
