Downed lines in my yard
I have a cable laying in my yard. I have called repeatedly, gotten assurance that someone would be out the next day, opened multiple tickets on line and have nobody has come out to take care of this. This is a hazard for myself and my family as well as the entire neighborhood. I searched online and it says I should call 911 for downed lines. Do I need to make an emergency out of this?

Hello acoulter
I can assure you that we take safety extremely serious. Part of getting a line back in the air is to acquire permits to operate on the line in proximity of the other utilities. This process typically takes up to 15 days to finalize, and schedule. We are happy to check and ensure that everything is in motion, but next day is not a timeline that traditionally achievable. We are also in a holiday weekend, which in those time frames there is not much that moves along locally for permitting. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
