downed lines ignored, just opened 3rd request

How do I get results?  I have just opened the 3rd request for xfinity to repair a very low hanging line in my back yard. They keep closing the request with no action. Entergy replaced a pole back there, and just left the comcast line hanging down so low that my kids easily grab it. Plus the new pole Entergy installed was pushed up against the neighborhood line putting it in an extreme bind wrapping around the back of the pole. I have called and spoken to reps, and keep getting told that it will be fixed, and then the case just gets closed.

@jenm1. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance with the low hanging line. With the previous requests not getting the line fixed, I definitely want to investigate further to help get this resolved. The line could be our mainline that provides service to the neighborhood, which would require our construction or maintenance experts assistance. 

 

When you have time would you please send a direct message, so I can look into this further to see what needs to be done to get the line corrected.
