Downed lines from Fern
I have lines that are down still after the winter storm Fern. I have tried multiple times getting someone over the phone and I need a technician to come out. There are also lines that are attached to my house that have been disconnected from the storm. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you!

If you reported this but we have not been out it may be because repairs to our network need to be completed before we can get those lines fixed. We will find out for you and ensure this is moving forward.
